What is your return policy?
We're willing to accept a return on any unopened and sealed product as long as the customer contacts us within 30 days of the delivery date.
How does the shipping process work?
Upon receipt of your order and cleared payment, we begin the packaging and shipping process. We will ship your order same day up till noon Central once cleared payment has been received. Based on your choice of shipping options, you can expect to receive your order within 1-7 Business Days.
Can I track my order?
When you complete an order online with us you will receive an email confirmation for your order and you a tracking number will be once your order ships.
