A reimbursement maybe given within 14 days of purchase. The return item must be in resalable, unopened and undamaged packaging. Should an order be sent as acknowledgment of error, such as erroneous, defective item etc, a shipping label may be provided on our behalf.

How to return an item? 

Email us at info@opmswholsale.com with your order # and item you wish to return, along with the reason for your return. A rep will call you with the shipping details. 

When should you receive a refund? 

Once the item is received and inspected by our facility, please allow 5-7 business days to see a refund on your end. If you still do not see a refund after 5 business days, please contact us immediately
